Describe the release item
Following to update eclipse-zenoh/zenoh#2382 we have to:
- make
priority and congestion_control parameters in Query::reply and Query::reply_del deprecated
- do not call ReplyBuilder's priority and congestion_control methods as they became deprecated in Rust
