Describe the bug

I noticed that there are two HatTrait objects constructed in the routing code. One is named TablesLock::ctrl_lock and the other is named Tables::hat_code. They are constructed respectively with the same configuration but are used seemly different purposes. I sincerely ask the reason they are duplicated.

To reproduce

This is an coding practices issue and there is no need to reproduce.

System info

  • The recent Zenoh commit 3bfaa0f by the time the issue was written.
