@ritavcunha, the NB is missing the figure. As usual, you can not use external figures. You need to attach the figure to the notebook as explained in the template. |
@malmans2 I put the figure as suggested in the template. |
I see this: That means that you are using an external figure. Your notebook should be self contained, therefore you should only include the notebook in the zip file. I will do it for you this time, but in the future please copy/paste the image in the notebook (as I believe you did for all the other notebooks). If the template is not clear, please add a comment here: #164 There's another small issue with your notebook. You are not using the admonition syntax in the |
The section references are also incorrect. (code-section-1)=
### 1. Data Overview, download and NUTS regions definition I'm going to fix that and will release the permalink. |
Please ensure that the notebook name is correct. If you need to make any modifications (e.g., addressing the reviewer's comments), please share the new version of the notebook here, and I will provide a new permalink. Let me know once the notebook is accepted, and I will merge the PR into the main branch. Happy holidays! |
Hi @malmans2 , With your help, I needed to change the Notebook. Best, |
Hi @ritavcunha, The latest version you submitted still includes several issues (e.g., the figure is not attached to the notebook, references are not formatted correctly, and the admonition is missing). As I have previously addressed these issues and provided corrections several times, I recommend that you download the latest version I edited for you and use that as your starting point. You can access the latest version here. To download it, simply click the "Download" button on the page. |
@malmans2 , sorry for that issue. Here is the zip file with the issues that you reported fixed: Hope now it's well done. |
The figures are still incorrect. There are 2 figures:

Hi @malmans2, I realy tried to put correctly the image, but I couldn't. Can you, please, help me on that? Best, |
Have you followed these instructions? https://ecmwf-projects.github.io/c3s2-eqc-quality-assessment/templates/template.html#quality-assessment-statement If yes, please send me the image you want to attach and I will take care of it. Then add a comment here describing the problems you are having, so the persons in charge of the template can improve the instructions. |
All I did was this:

Map represention and comparation between the total burned area and the confidence level for June of 2017 (which corresponds to the month and year with the most burned area values, havin into account this analysis) |
I understand that, and I made that step. But, when I copy/paste the figure, the "attachment:c5a5ae69-12e6-472e-b2a5-ced035116ba9.png" does not appear like that. I appears like the name of the figure:

Which editor are you using? Other editors, like VS Code or versions of Jupyter without the right plugins, may need custom settings to work properly. |
I'm using VSCode, do you advise me to install any plugin? |
I would use the VM or a local JupyterLab to keep it as simple as possible. If you followed our instructions to install the local conda environment, JupyterLab and the plugins needed are automatically installed. All you have to do is to run |
