Documentation grammar mistakes corrected

Hi team,

I’m currently learning the Anemoi framework, and as part of the process, I’m working on building my own dataset for practice. While going through the documentation, I noticed a few grammar mistakes. I’d like to contribute to this open-source project and have begun with my first contribution by correcting the text in docs/building/introduction.rst.

I’ve already forked the repository and created a branch with the updates. I’d like to raise a PR to address this issue. Could you please guide me on the process?
