Output a .genesis file when building #32

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After a project has been built, it is hard to find back the precise information used to build the bundle.
As in gmkpack, we would like to have a .genesis file containing the command used to build the project.
This will be useful for documentation purpose, but also if you have to rebuild the project later on.
Describe the solution you'd like
After you launched the build command, the .genesis file should contain the ial-bundle build command used to compile.
As in gmkpack, the default value used in the build command should also be present.
