WSL Tutorial Nuclear Option

I occasionally need to recommend the nuclear option to students with hopeless WSL installs.  Should we include it in the [Troubleshooting](https://eecs280staff.github.io/tutorials/setup_wsl.html#troubleshooting) section?  With a warning about destroying data, of course.
