Relax the fidelity check for bindings

**Problem**
Apparently tree-sitter bindings are expected to beccreated manually
and are allowed to be hand-edited. Currently it triggers fidelity check.

**Solution**
This relaxes the C code fidelity check so bindings can be updated.
