As Vice President and Product Manager for the Air team, Richard is responsible for growing regional business to meet corporate growth objectives in revenue and profitability. Specifically, he works directly with the regional and branch offices to define product offerings within the global framework, as well as define global and regional IT requirements and solutions for pricing, sales and operations.

Richard has been employed at Schenker since 2006 in positions of increasing responsibility. During this time, he has gained detailed knowledge of operations. Richard has 30 years of industry experience with strong leadership and organizational skills to direct high-level business objectives. During his tenure, Richard has gained expertise in strategic development, managing operational efficiencies and project facilitation. He has an excellent track record of streamlining operations, maximizing productivity and leading companies to meet their business objectives.
</p>
<p>
Prior to joining Schenker, Richard worked with ABX Logistics as Chief Operations Officer and was President of EMR Logistics. He holds a Master of Science (MSA) in International Logistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology -- “Georgia Tech.”
</p>
<p>
At the end of the day, Richard still has enough energy and enthusiasm to make dinner at home. He loves to make his own pasta and red sauce, having learned the culinary arts from this grandmother.

A veteran of many sporting events around the world, Nick is charged with the overall management and coordination of Global Event Logistics for DB Schenker’s customers, as well as assisting the Americas Region with Sports Events Development. He’s been on the DB Schenker Sports Events team since the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.
</p>

<p>
Nick is very fortunate to have been involved in every Olympic Games since Sydney in 2000, either working directly with the local logistics team or working on behalf of DB Schenker clients. He’s also worked on every Soccer World Cup Tournament since Germany in 2006.
</p>
<p>
From 2004 to 2010, Nick was Manager, Schenker Sports Events, USA. He has also handled Tender Management for DB Schenker USA and was the Olympic Village Logistics Manager for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games in 2002. In fact, Nick has been included in the TV Credits as part of the NBC Technical Logistics Team for every NBC sign off of an Olympic Games since Torino in 2006. Clearly, he knows his craft well.
</p>
<p>
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Nick holds a B.Sc. from Emory University. Ask him about his greatest achievement and he’ll tell you: “My kids think I’m the best Dad in the world. I’ll take that over anything else.”

A special event expert, Heather joined DB Schenker as Manager Fairs, Exhibitions and DB SchenkerSportsEvents in 2013. TO2015 will be her tenth Multi Sport Games.

With her strong event expertise, she initiated the bid process for TO2015, securing DB Schenker as the Official Logistics Supplier for the Games.
</p>

<p>
From logistics to ceremonies to half time shows, Heather can see the process, activate the plans and engage the teams required for a successful outcome. Her leadership and passion for well executed processes and procedures have driven her career.
</p>
<p>
Heather’s experience dates back to the 2003 Western Canada Summer Games where she was Ceremonies Stage Manager. Her history includes the
2004 Manitoba Games, 2005 Regina Canada Summer Games and the 2007 Whitehorse Canada Winter Games. Heather was the Logistics provider for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
</p>
<p>
Prior to joining DB Schenker, Heather worked at Patrick Roberge Productions on various special events including: the 100th Grey Cup half time show featuring Gordon Lightfoot and Justin Bieber; Buffalo Bills in Toronto half time show; the 99th Grey Cup Parade 2012 in Vancouver, British Columbia (BC); the 2008 BC Canada Pavilion opening ceremony gala in Beijing; and, the 2010 Paralympic Opening and Closing ceremonies. She also organized Logistics for the 2008 North American Indigenous Games as well as the 2011 Halifax Canada Games.
</p>
<p>
Heather holds a Bachelor of Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba and a Diploma of Recreation Administration from Red Deer College. She also took Aboriginal Awareness training in 2005 and has achieved her Level One Coaching certificate. To top it all off, she’s a certified Gymnastics coach.

As Manager of DB Schenker Distribution Operations for the TO2015 Pan American and Para PanAm Games, Susan is responsible for the development of an efficient and effective distribution network for the delivery of TO2015 assets to and from all of the Games’ venues. Her team consists of six staff members and the drivers

Her team consists of six staff members and the drivers who will coordinate and schedule all Games time activities. Susan is “embedded” in the TO2015 offices in Downtown Toronto.
</p>
<p>
Prior to joining DB Schenker early in 2014, Susan was the transport lead for all high-value products from broadcasters in Canada to the Atlanta Olympic games in 1996. She was also Transportation Operations Manager for Canadian Blood Services, responsible for the collection, production and distribution of blood and blood products within Canada. Susan was also National Operations Manager with another logistics provider where she was involved in the transportation and distribution of high-value products throughout North America.
</p>
<p>
Susan has a Bachelor of Business Management from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, and is the super proud (and very young!) grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren.

Cindy has been providing customer satisfaction with door-to-door customs and logistics services for DB SchenkerSportsEvents for over nine years. She started with DB Schenker in 1999 as the LVS (Low Value Shipment) Supervisor with a team of four. From there, Cindy transitioned to Auditing and then to Fairs, Exhibitions and Sports events.
</p>

<p>
As a member of the DB SchenkerSportsEvents team, Cindy has worked with various Games’ delegations worldwide. She was with the Canadian Olympic Committee for the Pan and ParaPan Games in 2007 and the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing 2008. Cindy also helped the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation with their Customs and Logistics needs for the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014.
</p>
<p>
Cindy has received her CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation for both the United States and Canada. She received her International Transportation and Customs Administration diploma from Seneca College and is currently embedded with the TO2015 team in Toronto.
</p>
<p>
Born and raised in Canada with parents of Ecuadorian background, Cindy has embraced her roots; speaking, reading and writing in Spanish. She loves to listen and dance to Spanish music with her son.

Based in Toronto, Benat is responsible for managing DB Schenker services for TO2015 including Warehouse Operations, Transportation Operations, Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding, and the Master Delivery Schedule for Games Times Delivery. He has a dedicated DB Schenker team of 12 Logistics staff members onsite managing each segment of the Logistics services.
</p>

<p>
Benat joined DB Schenker in 2010 as a Logistics Solutions Engineer within the Contract Logistics division. As a key member of the Solutions development team, he helped Schenker win the Maple Leaf Foods business in 2011. Promoted to Project Manager, Benat led a Distribution Centre conversion project where Schenker of Canada Limited won the Canadian fulfilment business for Kraft Canada in 2012. He also helped lead new business implementation projects for Clorox Canada and helped Maple Leaf Foods’ implementation in 2013.
</p>
<p>
Prior to DB Schenker, Benat was a Logistics Operations Analyst for the SCI Group and a Senior Engineering Analyst with Exel/Tibbett & Britten. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and has obtained Solutions Modelling certifications in CLASS, CAST & MOST. He achieved a Post-Graduate certificate in Global Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Seneca College in 2004.
</p>
<p>
Benat is an avid Chess player who loves Cricket. He’s a global traveller with an interest in culture, cuisine and architecture. Always willing to lend a hand, Benat also uses his spare time to volunteer for many local, non-profit organizations.

<p class="summary">
Matthew’s eternal passion and interest in sport has influenced his life and professional career in many ways – as an enthusiastic athlete in tennis, sailing and cycling, and as an executive of several corporations involved in major sporting events. Head of DB SchenkerSportsEvents since 2003, Mathew is responsible for strategy and business development across major, multi-sport and single sport events.
</p>

After graduating with a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering and Project Management, Matthew worked as a lead Project Engineer and Project Manager in Construction, and a Senior Project Manager of major development projects for Lend Lease in Australia and the USA. He was one of the Project Leaders for the design and construction of the Aquatics & Athletic Center and Athletes’ Village for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Later, he took a full time role in SOCOG (Sydney Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games) as Head of Procurement and Logistics.
</p>
<p>
After the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Matthew joined DB Schenker, leading the strategy, business development, project management and logistics services for major global and single sporting events. He remains responsible for the strategy and development of global sports events at DB Schenker.
</p>
<p>
Mathew managed the logistics of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games,
Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Doha 2006 Asian Games, Torino 2006 Winter Olympic Games, Melbourne Commonwealth Games 2006, FIFA World Cup 2006, Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympics Games, Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games, Delhi Comm Games 2010, FIFA World Cup 2010, Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games, London 2012 Olympic Games and Sochi 2014 Olympic Games.
</p>
<p>
Mathew received the Juan Antonio Samaranch Award for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and was named Australia Logistics Manager of the Year in 2000. His aspiration is to always be on the cutting edge of the most professional and innovative solutions implemented in the sport industry.
</p>
<p>
Based in Arona, Italy, Mathew is the proud father of four daughters and he competes in Swimming, Cycling, Running and Triathlon events.
