Rename "Tabs bar menu" to "Tabs menu" (#3974)
Related to [[Discover] Rename "Tabs bar menu" to "Tabs menu"](elastic/kibana#239420 (comment)) This pull request makes a minor update to the documentation for tab management in Discover. It reflects changes from [[Discover][Unified Tabs] Rename "Tabs bar menu" to "Tabs menu"](elastic/kibana#243332 (comment))
