When changing a saved Wifi connection's SSID, there should be a suggestion to update the name of the saved connection

What Happened?

The name of my saved WIFI connection went out of sync with the name of the SSID.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable mobile hotspot on phone.
Connect laptop with elementary OS successfully to that mobile hotspot.
Change the name of the SSID on the phone that provides the mobile hotspot and restart the mobile hotspot
Laptop cannot connect anymore (this is fine for me, I expected this behaviour)
Open the "Advanced Network Configuration" page using the applauncher.
Edit the old saved connection titled with "<OLD_SSID>" and change the SSID in that window to the new SSID of the mobile hotspot.
Save the changess

Expected Behavior

I would have expected that I at least a suggestion pops up that reminds me to change the name of the saved connection to the new SSID as well.
What would be the nicest option is to have a button "Apply suggestion" within that notification window :)
