Channel creation

Info not saved on activity destroy. This will most commonly affect users when they do a preview and the activity is destroyed during that time (should be rare). When they come back the selected images will be forgotten.

Additionally the stored channel info will be erased. We should be able to retrieve this from the info fragment. Right now we redirect them to the info page. The fragment will automatically restore the info since it is basic view/form stuff, but we can't recollect it without visiting the fragment to reload the view (at least initial attempts got NPEs. this might be fixable.)
