Restore Tagalog content from database backup

Description

During a new server configuration, the database with Tagalog content was exported from the previous server and then imported. During the restoration, there was a problem with Word entities not being included: http://tgl.elimu.ai/content/word/list

Debug this error, and try ways to restore 100% of the backup.

Why?

This issue is needed because content creators (& linguists) put a lot of work into creating those 444 words.
