After compiling a lot of the source code for different software required by LRRpredictor, I am very close to getting it to run on my Mac.

However, I can't find the source code for acc_pred. Do you know where I could find it? Here is the name of the binary as called by util/genACC.sh:

LRRpredictor_v1/RaptorX_Property_Fast/util/ACC_Predict/acc_pred

Please let me know where I could find the source code for this one. I was able to find and compile the source code for psipred, psipass2 and disopred and the binaries are now able to be executed but for some reason I can find no reference to this acc_pred software anywhere. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the source code for acc_pred binary file within RaptorX_Property_Fast. Looking into its GitHub repo I think it must be the method referenced here.

However, RaptorX was updated some time ago while we were finalising our analysis and it seems that this binary file is no longer used. I was able to compile the updated version on Windows WSL (which had the same problem as Mac with the provided 32 bit binaries) and now I am incorporating these updates into LRRpredictor as well.

There are a few tests I still need to perform, but I think within one week I will provide here the updated version, that should be compilable on other OS as well.

I will announce it also here, so you will get a notification when it is ready.
Thank you and sorry for all the trouble

Best regards,
Eliza

Thank you! I'm keeping an eye out for the update when you get around to it.
