Add Data Augmentation for Invariant Contraints #621
Description
The respective utilities for augmenting incoming data points in the presence of invariance constraints are already there.
The creation of augmented datapoints needs to be "injected" before the model fit happens. This is currently planned in a stateless way, ie. only the actual measurements are stored and each time a model is fit, the set of degenerate points is created afresh.
This could be improved int he future, but needs to respect not just addition of measurements but also serialization and possible update of measurement.
