Tap Display Board: Make empty kegs more prominent

It would be nice if it was very obvious to customers and bartenders when a line is empty.
Currently it's just a note at the bottom of the screen, not really visible from in front of the bar.

A big "It's out" emblazoned across the screen, or a slash or something very obvious from 10m away.
