Kilka razy pojawiały się problemy z migracjami - często modyfikując kod modelów Djangowych zapomnieliśmy ich commitować do repo.

Rozwiązaniem tego byłby kolejny PR check który sprawdzałby, czy nie ma przypadkiem jakiś migracji - przy uruchamianiu appki django czasami printuje komunikat, że zapomnieliśmy dodać migracji, można to wykorzystać
