Nie podjęliśmy jeszcze ostatecznej decyzji co do tego jak ma przebiegać proces refactoru. Trzeba przedyskutować takie rzeczy jak:

Typescript
Reactowe funkcyjne komponenty
Context API
ESlint
Testy automatyczne
Struktura plików (Nowa struktura plików we frontendzie #1026)
