Enatega Rider App: Rider Avalibility Toggle is not displaying

Describe the bug
The Rider Availability Toggle is not appearing in the Enatega Rider App.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to the Rider App with a valid rider account.
2. Click on Top Left corner.
3. See error

Expected behavior
The availability toggle should be visible immediately after login.
