Support MS Interactive Auth Process

The MS Authenticator app has an interactive mode.
You register the app with a customised URL and then every time you authenticate to a service you get a two digit code that you have to enter in the app.
Would be nice to register ente auth instead as it has the better backup system.

Now that Microsoft is targeting CustomRoms and Rooted Phones so that their official client won't work there and may even wipe credentials, it becomes even more important to have an opensource implementation of this auth scheme.
Some companies only accept ms authenticator.
