Update naming from Delete to Unshare for items in "Shared with me" section, from Unshare to "Remove access for all users" for authors

Description

1. Rename Delete to Unshare for files, folders, chats, prompts in "Shared with me" section

Note1: Need to differentiate operations Unshare and Delete for files, folders in "Shared with me" section in Manage attachments
For example, for root folder with source files for shared code app option Unshare should be available, but for files and nested folders inside root folder Delete option should be available

Note2: Need to update icons also

2. Rename Unshare option for author to "Remove access for all users" for shared by me chats , prompts, files, folders
   "Remove access for all users" should be available from Share form

Note3: For implementation "Remove access for all users" for files from Manage attachments need #3103 to be impletemented
