[Feature Request]Support "Default Public Trackers" #264

Hello, with the official launch of Tranamisson 4.0.5, a new feature has been introduced to Transmission desktop and web: "Default Public Trackers".

As shown in the picture, Trackers can now be added and edited directly, just like qBittorrent.

Currently you have to use the web version to add Trackers on your mobile phone, so hopefully Tremotesf will support this feature!
