Split documentation to "user" and "consumer" paths #1068

Consumers probably do not care about how exports are implemented, and users do not care (and should not care) about the metadata and schema details produced.

We should, in the toc tree and documents, split these two things apart so that user find a reduced set of information they need (mostly examples) while consumers can also find exactly and only what they need (metadata and schema examples).
