Unify how logging/print-to-screen is done in fmu-tools

There should preferably be one way to do "logging" in fmu-tools, either through the python `logging` module, through xtgeo's logging functionality, or through `fmu.tools._common`. 

Standard python `logging` seems to have some issues when run  in RMS, whether logging messages are displayed seems flaky.
