Decision Hierarchy

• Create Decision Hierarchy: the decision hierarchy is an element to sort the decisions identified in the Issue List.
  It is a categorisation of decisions into "Policy", "Focus" and "Tactical". Usually the Decision Hierarchy is displayed in a pyramid form where "Policy" is at the top and "Tactical" at the bottom, "Focus" in the middle.

Influence Diagram

• Create Influence Diagram: Canvas to connect issues from the issue list.
  The Influence diagram should only take issues into account which are "in" or "on" the boundary, should only take "Focus" decisions and "Key" uncertainties
