Description
Epic describing features and issues to reach MVP milestone
MVP development is planned until approximately the end of 2025. The MVP should demonstrate the basic functionalities and serve as a foundation for further developments.
Objective
- Create Objectives List: document the objectives in a list for the project

Decision Hierarchy
- Create Decision Hierarchy: the decision hierarchy is an element to sort the decisions identified in the Issue List.
It is a categorisation of decisions into "Policy", "Focus" and "Tactical". Usually the Decision Hierarchy is displayed in a pyramid form where "Policy" is at the top and "Tactical" at the bottom, "Focus" in the middle.

ID / DT Solver
- Implement a solver for either the DT or ID: this can be something like pyagrum to get some first results. This depends on the implementation of probabilities and utilities. The tool is supposed to solve simple textbook examples.
