[feature-request] Normalize `auth.json`

While working with a new project recently, I noticed that auth.json was using a different indentation and alignment scheme than composer.json. Before I start writing code, I thought it a good idea to check in with @localheinz - should this plug-in also normalise auth.json if found in the same directory as composer.json?
