Upon verifying an ERC1967Proxy from Etherscan to Sourcify, I noticed it does not get recognized as a ERC1967Proxy in the APIv2 response:

Also sharing the response screenshot because in a previous instance I noticed the response was empty like here but after a while it started resolving the proxy for some reason.

To reproduce you can find a ERC1967 proxy contract, verify it, and see how it behaves.
