This PR aligns the library to the bellow-mentioned changes of OpenId4VCI draft 15.

Out of scope

  • attestation proof type
  • key_attestation to the JWT Proof (JOSE header)
  • wallet attestation

Obtain c_nonce via Nonce Endpoint (#387)

* - Obtain c_nonce via Nonce Endpoint
- Remove AuthorizedRequest.ProofRequired and AuthorizedRequest.NoProofRequired
- Removed c_nonce from token and credential endpoint responses
- Removed retry of issuance request

* Use same c_nonce for all proofs in issuance request

* Updated README
