I like your tool very much ... but it seems to depend on unreliable data source.
I propose to retrieve the data from the site: "https://transparency.entsoe.eu/". This site provides a stable API for all production and maintenance data. It is used by many other tools to provide a better user interface than entsoe himself.
It seems to me, that all data which is needed by the nuclear-monitor is available here ... but no so nice presented.
In my own system, i used originally the http-API, but later migrated to the csv download ... which is quite easy to understand. I also can say, that on the API or CSV nothing was changed in the last years and availibility is TOP.
After registering a user, you can download with a script for example:
sshpass -p$PASSWORD sftp -o BatchMode=no -o PubkeyAuthentication=no -b - [email protected] <<EOF
cd /TP_export/zip
get directory1/monthlyfile2 # of course you need to identify the filename conventions for your purpose first.
get directory2/monthlyfile2
EOF
