Add functionality to Latest Activity page

The Latest activity page is located under “account” and is specific to an observer. Once functional, all annotations and verifications by an observer should show here with the concept name, UUID, date of transaction. The Filter and Sorting functions should allow for separation of history items 1) ‘submitted as’ 2) ‘identified as’ and 3) ‘verified as’. Ability for an observer to download the data via .csv or .txt report.
