Add ability to verify annotation from right sidebar

The arrangement of items on the screen needs some work to be more efficient; requires scrolling around to do common functions. Ex: would like to add the ability to right click on ‘Not verified’ to verify a concept
Verify in right side bar instead of scrolling down to version history
