A question and a suggestion..

Loving the weather plugin.. One question I have, however, has to do with the temperature graph. I find the upper bound of the Y axis appears to match that days expected high temp based on the API response, however, I noticed the graph itself never seems to actually reach that point when it plots. Here's an example:

Is this an issue with the way the chart is being rendered?

And then I do have a feature suggestion. Perhaps this exists and I am missing it, but it would be nice to be able to force an image/data refresh from the command line.
