National Weather Service API

First I'd like to start off by saying this is a very cool project and look forward to building my InkyPi. Thank you for detailing the build, all parts have been ordered!

Is InkyPi capable of using the National Weather Service (NWS) API? If not, is this a feature that could potentially be added for the weather plug-in? NWS offers free API usage and I believe most other weather services leverage the NWS APIs. This could be a good opportunity to leverage weather data from the primary source as well for InkyPi!

Thank you! There are currently no plans to add NWS API support since there's a lot people outside of the US using this project as well. The Open Weather Map API I'm using is also free for up to 1k request per days. Are there specific features or data points from NWS that you feel are missing or would improve the weather plugin?

That makes sense to leverage Open Weather Map API to cover weather reporting more globally, thanks for clarifying.

As for features, the NWS offers Alerts for adverse weather conditions which is very useful. I'm unsure at the moment if InkyPi checks/presents alerts.
