Problem UPDATING 1.04 rom to 1.07 latest #9

HI there i have the sd mapper and works fine but i want to update 1.07 rom and executing smupd.com with the sdmapper.rom returns that no mapper is detected....
both switches are turned on mapper works fine sd is fine nextor is updated ...
what could i been doing wrong?
