Update documentation

Just a thought on how to improve the documentation:

• include what should be added in PATH: the gnutext bin folder (might be at Program Files\GnuWin32\bin)
• update dependencies: you forgot 'fs-extra' and 'path'

hi @PoeHaH , I will move fs-extra from devDependencies to Dependencies.

path it is not necessary to be added as a package, if you mean that.

About the documentation, can you send a pull request with the changes in the README file that you propose?
