Export Completed Event

Hi,

Is there a reason why the ExportCompletion class does not dispatch an ExportCompleted event, similar to what the CanImportRecords does with the ImportCompleted event? Or will a PR be accepted for this?

Should be straight forward, so happy to contribute with it, but wondering if maybe there was a valid reason not to have it.

I personally think having that event dispatched is a great for sending emails saying the export is ready for download (particularly useful in cases where it's very long).
