getRelations() to support multiple tab panels instead of 1 so it's easier to navigate Resource with lots of relations

Currently in a Filament Resource getRelations() method we can do something like

public static function getRelations(): array
{
    return [ // all in 1 tab panel
        RelationManagers\BooksRelationManager::class,
        RelationManagers\VideosRelationManager::class,

        RelationManagers\ToysRelationManager::class,
        RelationManagers\EquipmentsRelationManager::class,
    ];
}

It would be nice, in situations where we have lots of relations to be able to do something like

public static function getRelations(): array
{
    return [

        [ // tab panel 1
            RelationManagers\BooksRelationManager::class,
            RelationManagers\VideosRelationManager::class,
        ],

        [ // tab panel 2 below tab panel 1
            RelationManagers\ToysRelationManager::class,
            RelationManagers\EquipmentsRelationManager::class,
        ],
    ];
}

This is a feature I miss in the highly popular https://github.com/eminiarts/nova-tabs package
