Add official Turkish support using tr_TR.lang

Description

Currently, the application lacks official Turkish language support. To improve accessibility for Turkish-speaking users, I have voluntarily prepared the full Turkish translation.

Proposed Solution

I have already generated the localization strings. To integrate this into the official release, the translation needs to be added as a .lang file.

Here are the details for the integration:

1. Convert/rename my translation file to tr_TR.lang.
2. Place the tr_TR.lang file inside the lang/ directory of the repository.

Additional Context

I have attached/pasted the translation data below (or I can open a Pull Request with the file placed directly into the lang/ folder if you prefer). Please let me know how you would like to proceed with merging this into the main branch!

Thank you for your help. I’ve now received several Turkish translation files, and it’s difficult for me to decide which one is more accurate. If possible, please merge the translation file you produced with the versions that are already available, and then open a pull request on GitHub.
