When I receive server notification while app in background it displays a notification in the emulator but I want to use awesome notifications. How to remove the notification?

In summary, I want to get the data from the server side about the notification but then I want to use awesome notifications package to display the notification. How can I do that? right now, firebase messaging shows automatically a notification when i am in background mode
