Message delay in flutter ?

Hello,
I have 3 test app

1. Flutter (android)
2. xamarin (android)
3. native android

all the basic test apps only this added is firebase analytic and cloud messaging
Messages are sent using firebase console
Both native and xamarin app get the push notification either instantly or within maximum duration of 30seconds.
Where as Flutter takes minimum of 15mins to 55mins for getting the message

I have tried it multiple times and multiple test apps both on emulator and real device

Is anyone else facing same issue and any way to fix it ?
