PDPDA device only works for PART. If you have AEROSOLs from SPEC, then you can output the species densities or mass fractions using SLCF or DEVC. If you just have the default SOOT from FDS (i.e. you don't specify a soot input other then a SOOT_YIELD on REAC), then there is no size distribution. It is only if you also define AEROSOL=T and set N_BINS > 1 along with minimum and maximum diameters to track. Then you can output the amount in each bin.
