I set up a small room for simulation, but after running successfully, this message popped up. How can I modify it?

Are you running it on the latest FDS version? Which platform are you running it, Windows or Linux?

Have you accessed any output file (csv files) while running?
Is the issue repeating if you run it very shortly (T_END=0.1 s)? Can you test this on your computer?

I see this when I run the case. I expect you want the foam to decompose into a combustible gas in which case you need to give a NU_SPEC and SPEC_ID for the MATL.

This job has run 1400 out 1440 s and is still running. I am running on a linux computer. The case uses 1.8 GB RAM.

So you mean it can run successfully? Or do you have any revise?

When I ran this with 6.9.1 on windows it failed at 90 s. Running with the current source, it is now out to 190 s and still running. Whatever the cause was it appears something we changed since 6.9.1 has fixed it. You can try with the latest test bundle at https://github.com/firemodels/test_bundles or try with the next release which should be out soon.

Linux, but a more recent version of the source code than 6.9.1. Install the nightly build.
