Could you please include mame-tools?

These tools are very helpful for rom management and compression items. Emudeck would greatly benefit from the inclusion of updated chdman which can handle the new Redump bin/cue format for GD-Rom. Amongst many other things. Mame tools are typically bundled with the release binaries.

I do not know if it is helpful, but with the command line argument --command it is possible to run a included tool from a flatpak.

With the dolphin flatpak it is possible to use dolphin-tool with it.

flatpak run --command=dolphin-tool org.DolphinEmu.dolphin-emu header -i /path/to/file

In the mednaffe flatpak the emulator Mednafen is included and can be run with

flatpak run --command=mednafen com.github.AmatCoder.mednaffe -help

Indeed, I just tried this and managed to run chdman:

flatpak run --command=chdman org.mamedev.MAME verify -i foobar.chd
