Feature request: Provide for external (Bluetooth) keyboard & mouse input on mobile

Digging into Oryol, & finding that mouse & keyboard input is not implemented for mobile (or mobile HTML5) platforms. This is more useful than it might seem, as mobile units (especially tablets) are increasingly powerful enough to function as a "dockable" computer by connecting an HDMI monitor, plus Bluetooth keyboard & mouse.

Yes that sounds like a good thing to have. I was thinking that bluetooth keyboard support would be nice for running my emulator on mobile devices, but was distracted with other things and it fell off. A pull request would be very welcome (doesn't have to cover all platforms, but at least would get the feature started)
