Hi, I don't have a Fire, or even use Renoise, so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but how are the notes laid out in this? The links to the shortcuts are broken. Does the script just incorporate the Fire's built-in notes layouts, or are the notes assigned somewhere? Thanks.

It seems to be for highlighting notes and moving your cursor around the edit view within a track, and even copying and pasting whole columns. I am still figuring it out but some things you can try out while in note mode:

  • individual pads move the edit cursor around the note columns. they highlight under the mute/solo lights when they are created
  • pressing each each rows mute/solo button with hightlight the note columns measure
  • press alt+another note column (mute/sole) button to paste the highlighted contents
  • pressing shift and another pad with highlight the selected area starting from the cursor position
  • holdingf accent + a pad button will enter a 'note off' command following the note pressed. Unterminated note-on's glow at a lower brightness then the orginal note-on, making pads easy to visualize, and note off easy to enter.
  • alt+pad button is paste your copy buffer actually, it works in concert with mute/solo as above

That's all just in note pad mode. All in all this very well thought out. Hopefully I can figure out enough to contribute but for now I can recommend this tool in 2022 for anyone stopping by.
