Problem

I'm developing a software for blind and visually impaired users to fly the A32NX. I need access to flight plan distance information that's shown on the MCDU but not exposed as SimVars/LVars.

Solution

Could we have a custom a32nx var that exposes the current distance left to destination that shows up in the MCDU FPLN page? That would be very helpful to our community

I think FP distance is tracked internally in guidanceController.alongTrackDistanceToDestination
