This proposal was created by @dreamingechoes originally in folkswhocode/base#10, and was moved here for further discussion.

What is the main theme of the proposal?

Create a forum for open communication on diversity in technology.

The proposal needs any special resources?

Just a couple of developers (if we need to develop a specific application), and a server.

This is a great idea!
Here my two cents to move on with this idea:

  • It could be a Slack channel
  • It could be a Gitter channel (in this repository)

Both are for free and easy to do it.
