Enhancement Request

There have been some instances where the default Auto Detect mechanism for the technology stack is failing and determining the wrong type. If auto detection fails we would like to fallback to specifying the technology stack as the the sast-scan setup command, e.g.

fod action run setup-release ... --technology-stack X --language-level Y

where both are optional.
