FortiGate Azure ARM-Template \ FortigateAzureTemplate \ 400: Invalid request

I would like to address an issue found on this line:

I was following FortiGate documentation for Invoking a custom ARM template and my deployment has failed with error:
Unable to download deployment content from 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fortinetclouddev/FortigateAzureTemplate/6.0.4/update-nic.json'

It looks like there is no such file: update-nic.json
And there is no repository called: FortigateAzureTemplate
on GitHub under the username called: fortinetclouddev

Based on the user name: fortinetclouddev
It looks like it's related to DEV team so it could have been deleted.

Could someone please assist with this?
