feat: Allow updating meta properties of fields

In the CRM frontend via Form Script, currently we can only do limited actions.
We cannot update the field's meta properties via Form Script
For example, if we want to update the filters of any Link or Dynamic Link field based on another field, we cannot do that, which is possible in the desk form via Client Script
