• Autofill Title on selecting Designation
• Posted On can be a Date field. Default -> Today
• Designation should be part of Job Opening Template, prefill in Job Opening
• Pay Details - separate tab
• Make Pay Details part of Job Opening Template
• Automatically set route based on Job Title
• Rename - Job Application Route -> Application Web Form Route
• List View + Filters - Department, Designation, Company, Employment Type, Location, Published

Job Applicant

• 3 column layout in first section
• Applicant Name -> Full Name
• Cover Letter should be last, Resume Link should be before
• Create > Interview button should not be nested
• Shortlisted status
• 2 buttons on navbar - Shortlist & Reject
• Buttons to navigate front and back
• Source should be pushed down
• Resume then Cover Letter
• Hide Interview Summary if no interview created
• Applicant Rating - should be on sidebar
• Salary expectations move to tab
• Embed resume in form
